Method of Reciting Takbeer
The Takbeer is as follows:
Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, La ilaha illallahu Wallahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, wa lillahil hamd.
Meaning: Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest. There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah. Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest, and to Allah belongs all praise.
Reciting this Takbeer aloud once after every obligatory (Fard) prayer is Wajib (compulsory) for both men and women, starting from the Fajr prayer of the 9th of Dhul-Hijjah (Day of Arafah) until the Asr prayer of the 13th of Dhul-Hijjah (a total of 23 prayer times).
If a prayer is missed (Qaza) during these specific days and made up within the same period, the Takbeer must also be recited after the made-up prayer.
The Takbeer must be recited whether a person prays in a congregation or performs the prayer alone.
